About

A layer, because the suite is already bought.

Most companies that need supplier connectivity already own an ERP, often a procurement platform, and a decade of decisions around both. Building a product that requires all of that to be thrown away is how good procurement software goes unused.

The problem is between the systems, not inside them.

A procurement organization rarely fails because its ERP is bad. It fails at the joins: the supplier who only takes orders by email, the catalog that was current in March, the cart that has to be retyped, the twenty suppliers nobody connected because each integration was quoted as a project.

Those joins are where the manual work lives, and they are precisely the part no single vendor owns. The ERP vendor is not going to onboard your suppliers. The suppliers are not going to rebuild their systems once per customer. So the work falls on the procurement team, one exception at a time.

Kelqio exists to hold that middle. It standardizes what arrives from many different supplier systems and hands one consistent flow to whatever you already run — which is a narrower ambition than replacing your stack, and a more useful one.

02How we work

Three positions that shape the product and this website.

  • Integrations are named only when verified

Publishing a logo wall of ERPs would be easy and would win more first meetings. It would also mean a buyer discovering during implementation that "supported" meant "architecturally possible". We publish a named system once it has run in a real deployment, and describe methods and protocols in the meantime.

  • Customer proof requires written consent

Names, logos and figures appear on this site only with written consent from the customer, and only when the numbers come from a real deployment rather than a projection. Until then the customers page shows deployment patterns as scenarios, labelled as scenarios.

  • Suppliers are a party, not a data source

A connectivity model that assumes suppliers will adapt to each customer separately does not scale past the largest of them. So supplier effort is a design constraint: connection methods exist at several levels of technical maturity, and a supplier is connected at the level they can maintain.

Team, founding date, funding and headcount. We would rather this section stay empty than fill it with a narrative written to sound established. [TO BE CONFIRMED]

Certifications and hosting arrangements are documented on the security page, including the items that are not yet confirmed.
